Viduni Fernando, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Strata, who takes the leadership to another service level hitherto unknown to the industry.
After graduating as a lawyer (LL. B) from the University of London, Viduni completed Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at University of Westminster. Viduni was admitted to Supreme Court of Victoria ( Australia ) in year 2022, although, she does not practice as a lawyer.
Viduni recognised her unique professional aptitude and adaptability to positively contribute to the strata management industry and decided to continue her professional aspirations within Strata industry. Viduni advocates that pioneering the culture of technology & innovation would be the next driving force , being the future for any skilled and experienced strata management Company.
With over a decade of experience in the finance and property sector, Nu Mendis serves as an Associate Director, leveraging extensive knowledge and expertise to best serve Owners Corporations under Platinum’s management
Holding a degree in Accounting/Finance – major in Marketing, with hands on experience in property sector, Nu is well-equipped to guide Owners Corporations with stable backing and strategic management support.
