- For all other after-hour emergencies, please call your appointed building manager for the property
- Please be aware, however, that if the problem is related to your private lot, you will be liable for the costs of the call out and any other charges.
- Should the issue be within your rented apartment or lot, you should contact your managing agent or an appropriate tradesperson direct.
